I unchained an ice cream company from their freezer.
As more sweet shops go local, and competitors like Crumble enter the franchise market, classic spots like Baskin Robbins and Dairy Queen are struggling to keep up.
Many of these newer sweet shops now offer treats that don’t need to be tied to a refrigerator in order to preserve freshness/quality. We needed to find a way to make a product authentic to BR’s brand, while still finding a way to have mobile versatility.
We had BR team up with Frankford Candy to create a new product that didn’t need a fridge or freezer to stay fresh; chocolates. We launched a social campaign that promoted “unchaining yourself from the freezer” to symbolize the mobility/utility of this product.
